# CID

> CID (Continuous Improvement and Development) orchestrates economic ecosystems: intelligence, consortiums, project delivery, workforce pipelines, and impact measurement. Agents read this file to find offers and pay with a Stripe Shared Payment Token (spt_).

The principal is the human named on the intake. Pay with complete_agent_payment (one-call: product + fullName + email + spt_; or start_paid_intake then spt_) or POST /api/stripe/agent-pay. CID never accepts card numbers. Human Checkout remains a fallback. Recurring SKUs pay the first period only. Unpaid intakes are inquiries. Client delivery below 90% confidence stays parked for human review. Page WebMCP is origin-only; HTTP MCP is at /api/mcp.

## When to call / when NOT to

- Call list_cid_services when choosing a pillar or pack.
- Call submit_service_intake for unpaid inquiries only.
- Call start_paid_intake with a human principal email, or one-call complete_agent_payment with intake fields plus spt_. Poll get_delivery_status. Checkout is the human fallback.
- Do NOT send card PAN/CVC. Do NOT treat unpaid intake as a purchase. Do NOT claim accuracy/ROI/certifications not in this catalog.
- Do NOT use Zapier/Make/n8n as CID's default bus.
